Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contact Center Manager, located in Medina. The Contact Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of our contact center to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing contact center staff, tracking performance metrics, developing and implementing operational strategies, and resolving client issues promptly. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service.
