Roles & Responsibilities |
1. Business & System Analysis: |
Conduct in-depth analysis to gather and document client requirements. |
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in business processes and systems. |
2. Documentation: |
Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications for development and delivery teams. |
Ensure all documentation is clear, comprehensive, and aligned with client needs. |
3. Stakeholder Communication: |
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and management. |
Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment and understanding across all parties. |
4. Solution Design: |
Actively participate in solution design sessions. |
Provide recommendations to enhance system performance, usability, and scalability. |
5. Testing & Validation: |
Validate solutions by conducting requirement-based testing. |
Collect and analyze feedback to ensure the delivered solution meets expectations. |
Qualifications |
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science (CS), Information Systems (IS), or related fields. |
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business or system analysis roles. |
3. Proven track record of delivering business solutions and process optimizations. |
