Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding:
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, including orientation sessions, job shadowing, and performance reviews.
    • Manage all pre-employment checks, including background verification, medical examinations, and visa processing.
    • Ensure smooth and timely integration of new employees into the company culture.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and resolving disputes effectively.
    • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Manage employee performance issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations, in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Offboarding:
    • Manage the entire offboarding process, including exit interviews, final paychecks, and return of company property.
    • Ensure smooth and compliant separation of employees from the company.
  • HR Operations:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension plane, and social security.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi Labor Laws, including those related to recruitment, employment contracts, and termination.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Generate regular HR reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee turnover, recruitment costs, and employee satisfaction.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Proven experience in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and its practical application.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
