Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, including orientation sessions, job shadowing, and performance reviews.
Manage all pre-employment checks, including background verification, medical examinations, and visa processing.
Ensure smooth and timely integration of new employees into the company culture.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and resolving disputes effectively.
Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Manage employee performance issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations, in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
Offboarding:
Manage the entire offboarding process, including exit interviews, final paychecks, and return of company property.
Ensure smooth and compliant separation of employees from the company.
HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension plane, and social security.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi Labor Laws, including those related to recruitment, employment contracts, and termination.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate regular HR reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee turnover, recruitment costs, and employee satisfaction.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
Proven experience in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and its practical application.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
