About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managing Director to lead and grow our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and executing successful go-to-market strategies for technology products, particularly ERP and SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
- Oversee and manage all sales and business development activities, including lead generation, sales prospecting, customer acquisition, and account management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including tele sales, telemarketing, and digital marketing campaigns, to maximize revenue and market share.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Establish and track key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue targets, customer satisfaction) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Marketing Leadership :
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and public relations, to generate brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Leverage social media platforms to effectively promote ERP and SaaS products and engage with potential customers.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website and social media channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales and marketing professionals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and channel development.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 18+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth for technology companies.
- Deep understanding of the ERP and SaaS markets, including competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Strong experience in developing and executing successful tele sales and telemarketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to leverage social media platforms for lead generation and brand building.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
