Job Summary:

Lead strategic marketing initiatives to position Leader Group as a trusted partner in IT solutions and digital transformation. This role involves crafting compelling narratives around customer success, driving demand generation, and enhancing brand visibility. The candidate will work closely with Pre-Sales team, PMO team, Deployment team and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, highlight customer case studies, and showcase the impact of the company’s solutions in real-world scenarios.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning :
    • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with IT solutions and customer-centric goals.
    • Leverage industry insights to identify opportunities for growth and market differentiation.
  2. Customer Case Studies:
    • Collaborate with clients to gather success stories, demonstrating the value of Leader Group’s solutions.
    • Develop case studies, white papers, and video testimonials to highlight technical expertise and business impact.
    • Ensure all customer stories are compelling, visually engaging, and tailored for various channels.
  3. Digital Marketing :
    • Manage digital campaigns focusing on lead generation and nurturing through content marketing.
    • Use data-driven approaches to optimize online presence and conversion rates.
  4. Campaign Management :
    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients and IT decision-makers.
    • Align campaigns with key business areas such as solutions, Product owners, and digital transformation.
  5. Thought Leadership Content :
    • Create content showcasing expertise in IT solutions, industry trends, and innovative approaches.
    • Partner with technical teams to develop webinars, blogs, and white papers that resonate with target audiences.
  6. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with expertise in IT-specific content.
    • Work with sales, product, and solutions teams to align messaging and drive customer engagement.
  7. Analytics & Optimization:
    • Analyze the performance of marketing efforts, focusing on KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
    • Continuously refine strategies based on insights and market feedback.
  8. Public Relations & Industry Events :
    • Build relationships with media and technology influencers.
    • Represent Leader Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase solutions and case studies.

 

Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 8–15 years of marketing experience in IT solutions and technology industries.
    • Proven ability to create and leverage customer success stories for marketing campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of IT industry trends and B2B B2C marketing strategies.
    • Proficiency in content marketing, digital tools, and CRM platforms.
    • Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills.
    • Passion for technology and innovation.
    • Strategic thinker with a focus on results and customer success.
    • Strong collaborative mindset to engage internal and external stakeholders.
