Job Description:
The Privatization and Financial Sustainability Officer is responsible for developing and implementing privatization strategies and ensuring the financial sustainability of public sector institutions. The role focuses on improving financial efficiency and creating sustainable financial models.
Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage privatization strategies for public institutions.
•Monitor and analyze performance indicators to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
•Develop and implement financial plans for privatized institutions.
•Identify performance shortfalls and implement corrective actions.
•Collaborate with government bodies, private companies, and consultants.
•Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.
•Contribute to the development of national strategies and policies.
•Identify and manage risks in privatization processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
•Master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•5 years of experience for bachelor’s holders, 3 years for master’s holders.
•Experience in managing privatization and financial sustainability programs.
•Strong analytical, strategic decision-making, and communication skills.
•Knowledge of privatization processes and financial management practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with government entities or public sector projects.
•Knowledge of Saudi privatization laws and regulations.
•Strong understanding of advanced financial and management concepts in privatization.
