IT Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of IT projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage changes effectively.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within allocated costs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements within the project management function.

• Locations :  KSA
• Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Preference for candidates with expertise in governmental projects in KSA
  • Strong soft skills:
    • Excellente communication and negotiation skills
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Project management expertise :
    • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
    • Skilled in managing project risks, issues, and change requests
