Reports and KPIs Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reports and KPIs Specialist to develop, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in similar projects, a strong understanding of performance measurement methodologies, and proficiency in specialized reporting and data analysis tools. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely data to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reports and KPIs development and management.
• Strong understanding of performance measurement methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  
• Experience with database management.
