Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) |
1. Business Process Analysis: |
Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze finance and HR workflows, policies, and objectives. |
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for streamlining through ERP solutions. |
2. ERP System Implementation: |
Lead the end-to-end implementation of finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Procurement) and HR modules (e.g., Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Self-Service, and Time Tracking). |
Configure and customize ERP systems to align with specific client needs, ensuring compliance with financial and HR regulations. |
3. Integration & Customization: |
Design and implement system integrations between the ERP platform and other tools, such as payroll systems, banking platforms, and performance management tools. |
Develop custom workflows and reports to meet unique business requirements in finance and HR. |
4. Data Migration & Validation: |
Oversee data migration from legacy systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and employee data. |
Perform data cleansing, validation, and mapping for seamless transition. |
5. Training & Knowledge Transfer: |
Provide tailored training sessions for finance and HR teams, covering all relevant ERP functionalities. |
Develop clear and concise user documentation and quick reference guides to ensure adoption and compliance. |
6. Post-Implementation Support: |
Monitor system performance for finance and HR processes, providing prompt support for technical or functional issues. |
Recommend and implement updates or enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience. |
Qualifications |
1. Education: |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Systems (IS), Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. |
2. Experience: |
Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or consultancy roles, with a focus on finance and HR modules. |
Proven expertise in delivering ERP solutions for industries such as government, public sector, or large enterprises. |
Skills |
1. ERP Expertise: |
Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, FoxERP) and their finance and HR modules. |
Familiarity with regulatory compliance for financial reporting (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and HR policies. |
2. Finance & HR Knowledge: |
Deep understanding of financial processes like accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, cost analysis, and payroll processing. |
Experience in implementing HR functionalities such as recruitment, compensation management, training & development, and employee self-service. |
3. Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: |
Ability to analyze complex finance and HR workflows and design efficient ERP solutions to address gaps and improve productivity. |
4. Technical Proficiency: |
Familiarity with data migration tools, ERP scripting, and API integrations to enable seamless finance and HR operations. |
Proficient in creating custom reports for financial performance, employee analytics, and compliance tracking. |
5. Communication & Collaboration: |
Strong communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including finance teams, HR teams, and technical staff. |
Ability to present technical concepts and recommendations in a clear and accessible manner. |
6. Project Management Skills: |
Experience managing multiple finance and HR implementation phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. |
