As Sr. Presales you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our advanced Business and Technological Solutions and the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise will guide potential clients in understanding how our services can address their business challenges, ensuring tailored solutions that drive success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement :
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads
    • Conduct in-depth discussions to understand client business processes, challenges, objectives and goals.
  2. Solution Design and Presentation:
    • Develop customized solutions architecture that align with client requirements, leveraging Leader Group’s diverse service offerings.
    • Deliver compelling solutions demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase solution benefits.
  3. Proposal Development:
    • Prepare detailed technical and business proposals, including solution architecture, and cost estimates.
    • Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
    • Work closely with internal teams, including product development and delivery, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with company capabilities.
    • Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements and service offerings.
  5. Market and Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position Leader Group’s solutions.
    • Act as a subject-matter expert, providing insights and guidance to internal teams.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years in presales, technical consulting, or a similar role.
    • Experience with enterprise solutions in areas such as digital transformation, IT services, IOT, or management consultation.
    • Saudi public sector experience is preferred
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Understanding of enterprise architecture, software integration, and IT infrastructure.
    • Familiarity with solutions like ERP, CRM, and cloud services.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellente communication and presentation abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
